"Mcft Synchronization Manager = mobsync.exe" - Seems to be the same program that runs when you log off on a windows domain that uses roaming profiles. I tried and it won't work correctly when the user is still logged in because files are still in use. Seems like it'd be useful to setup background syncing while computer is idle though.
